Our Story
Primal Movement Fitness began in 2020, early into Nick's coaching career. Nick first started the brand to help climbers manage their climbing and training due to the initial phases of COVID-19.

Over time, Nick has coached climbers worldwide virtually and in person! He has recently leaped for himself to work solely at PMF! Continuing the mission of helping climbers become the best versions of themselves through our holistic coaching approach.

Everyone's journeys are unique and are an individual experience. Thus, I believe in a holistic approach to climbing and training.

My Formula
I will take a holistic approach to your climbing and training. Using my four certifications in exercise science, my experiences competing at the national level, and climbing up to V13, I will remove all guesswork from your climbing and programming.

I will instill a culture into your climbing based on our core values: Community, Discipline, Hard Work, Integrity, and Passion.

My name is Nick Ranelli. I am professional climbing coach. I'm also a climber whose life passion is to be the best version of himself and help others become the best version of themselves.
​
I've been climbing for seven years and coaching for five. I've worked with climbers all over of the world in bouldering and sport climbing. From beginners to national level competition climbers to double digit boulderers. I've also competed at a high level and have sent up to V13 outside.
​
I've always been obsessed with this sport. The community, experiences, and growth it brings to everyone involved. I knew this would become my life. And it has!
